Discovery (3–5 days).
Systems and owners named. Read-only access arranged with your IT. Your team's real questions collected. Baseline measured.
The retainer starts.
Hours logged against the work as it happens, whether it is a PLC fault, an MES change or an ERP interface. Requests acknowledged within four business hours.
Every month: the service report.
Hours by activity, what was done, what's open, project status, and a documentation-coverage number your team can read.
Every day: the platform.
Your people ask; it answers from your data with the source shown. Nothing leaves your site except to your own cloud account in Sydney, or nothing at all if it runs on your server.
If we ever stop.
The handover pack. The software is ours; everything about your plant is yours.
Yours, always.
Your data, your documentation, your data map — yours, in plain files, handed over within five business days if we ever part.
